Hi, I’m Abby 👋
I have a decade+ of experience shaping digital products and experiences for cultural institutions, social impact organizations, editorial outlets, and top tier colleges and universities — both in-house and as a consultant.
Some of my favorite projects include helping America’s oldest public arboretum better welcome visitors, building a framework for social impact organizations to measure data capabilities, developing a tool to illustrate the impact of local gun laws, and transforming the product approach for a public radio station establishing itself as the go-to source for local news online.
I'm currently back at Harvard Library, where I'm guiding the library through the process of imagining and building the next iteration of library.harvard.edu. (Yes, the same site I helped launch back in 2018.)
My roots, however, are in journalism. I got my start in newsrooms around Boston, where I did a bit of everything — from covering breaking news and running social media accounts to launching and managing digital products.
I’m also an amateur baker, avid reader, competent crafter, mediocre runner, and loyal collector of quotes. I love a good hairpin turn.
